The 13th Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine teaching and learning EBM 5-day workshop in Oxford in September was, as usual, a lot of fun. And as usual, tutoring meant I learnt a lot from the group. One key learning this year was the value of BMJUpdates as a search engine. Over a number of searches my group compared several database engines including PubMed, EMBASE, CINAHL, and BMJUpdates.
