Context
Systematic reviews and meta-analyses have yielded conflicting results regarding the efficacy of ω-3 fatty acids for preventing cardiovascular events or reducing mortality.1 A meta-analysis of randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials now adds to the literature.
