Context
Management of osteoarthritis (OA) in primary care is often pharmacologically dominated with paracetamol and oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) both very commonly used.1 Current evidence-based guidelines recommend both agents, starting with paracetamol.
