Evidence-based medical consultation is a pocket-sized handbook that aims to provide a concise synthesis of the clinical evidence needed to answer questions commonly arising during medical consultations. The resource is primarily targeted at more senior clinicians with responsibility for making decisions about patient care in hospital settings, but it also addresses issues of patient management that are relevant to both junior hospital doctors and general practitioners.
