Outcomes were response rates and adverse effects.Medline, CINAHL, EMBASE/Excerpta Medica, PsycINFO, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, International Pharmaceutical Abstracts (1980 to Apr 2007); and reference lists were searched for RCTs.
